2013 Membership Updates

For any who may have missed the info at the Open House, our 2013 rates are as follows.
- Annual membership for adult = $100
- Annual membership for under-18 with parent/guardian = $80
- Quarterly membership for adult = $35
- Quarterly membership for under-18 with parent/guardian = $20
- Per-event half day = $5
- Per-event full day = $10
- Per-event overnight = $20
- Per event weekend = $35
If you have questions on how income will be used, please see Heather, who is happy to show you breakdown of venue/food costs for overnight and weekend events, also the budget we would like to have available for NPC weapons upgrades and repairs, as well as replacing worn-out NPC garb.
Annual rate gets you into all Living Adventures events for the year, including food for overnight/weekend events. You can pay the annual rate anytime during Q1, but please let us know at the first event you attend this year that that is how you plan to pay and about when, during Q1, you will be able to pay it.
Quarterly rate gets you into all Living Adventures events for that quarter, including food for overnight/weekend events. This rate can be paid the first month of each quarter. As with annual, let us know that's what you're doing and let us know when, during that month, you will be able to pay.
Per-event rates are paid at that event. If the event includes food, then the rate you pay includes food.
Please pay at the beginning of the event or during lunch. And please do plan on paying. We do all we can to find good deals, but venues and food are not free, and the game has been running long enough for some gear/garb repairs and replacement to be badly needed. Help us make the game we all enjoy awesome.
Salt City Steam Fest!

Living Adventures is proud to have been a part of the first annual Salt City Steam Fest. We had the pleasure of hosting the NERF war which was a huge hit! Thank you to everyone who participated.
For those of you who discovered us there, come say hello in our forums and watch us on our Facebook page for updates on upcoming events. If you won one of our free-play certificates, be sure to bring it with you to your first event.
New Family Rates!

In our attempt to be a family friendly LARP we our offering discounts to some of our younger players. Any player under the age of 18 that has a parent, older sibling, or other family member over 18, can get a $10 discount on quarterly memberships.
Quarter 2 - 2012

It's April, and that means Quarter 2 has now started! (And weekenders start this quarter!)
The Quarter 2 Open house is this Saturday, April 14. We're very excited to introduce Jon's new campaign, a fantasy Chronicle called Rexerit.
Also, for our players who opted for quarterly memberships this year, dues are are due this month. These dues cover your cost for all Living Adventures events this quarter and allow us to book fantastic venues for weekenders and overnight events. The cost is $25/quarter for adults, $15/quarter for children 18 and under. We can accept payment by cash, check, or credit card at the open house and at each campaign's first event for the quarter.

As our Holiday gift to you, our players, we're offering discounted membership from now until the January Open House! You can purchase a full year membership for only $50.
For those not interested in the yearly membership, here are our updates to the 2012 pricing schedule:
- Quarterly memberships: $25
- 5 Event Punch Card: $25
- 10 Event Punch Card: $50
